Set on the beautiful island of Evia, where ancient olive groves meet the sparkling Aegean Sea, our intimate retreat offers the perfect environment to rest, reset, and restore your nervous system. With stunning sea views, authentic Greek hospitality, and a slower pace of life, you'll be surrounded by the kind of peace that helps you remember your wellbeing matters too.

Here, ancient yogic wisdom meets modern nervous system science. You'll explore the Sanskrit concept of Citta Vritti Nirodaha - the calming of mental fluctuations - not as a theory, but as something you can experience for yourself. More importantly, you'll leave with practical tools you can use long after the retreat ends.

Throughout your stay, you'll enjoy nourishing meals made with fresh, locally sourced Mediterranean ingredients. Every meal is thoughtfully prepared to support both your body and nervous system.

Your Daily Practices

Build inner strength and cultivate unshakeable calm with our specialised Vinyasa classes designed for busy minds. Moving with intentional breath, these practices will leave you feeling centred, focused and reconnected to your natural state of peace.

Our slow flow practices are specifically focused on down-regulating your nervous system, creating profound calm in both body and mind. We'll hold poses longer, creating space for your thoughts to finally settle.

Yoga Nidra - The most powerful guided meditation practice for anxious minds. Also known as 'yogic sleep,' this practice creates the deep rest your nervous system craves.

Pranayama includes specialised breath work designed to interrupt the cycle of mental chatter. We'll work with specific techniques that instantly access your inner sanctuary of calm.

Grounding Workshops - Learn practical tools to drop into stillness anywhere, anytime. These aren't just retreat techniques—they're life skills for finding peace in any storm.

Day 1: Arrive & Unwind

- Arrive and settle into your retreat home
- Guided meditation to help you switch off from travel and arrive fully
- Gentle yoga and yoga nidra
- Welcome dinner and introductions

 

Day 2: Finding Calm

- Morning yoga, breathwork, and meditation
- Breakfast with sea views
- Workshop: Practical tools to calm your nervous system
- Free time to rest, swim, explore, or simply relax
- Evening yin yoga and yoga nidra
- Dinner at the retreat

 

Day 3: Nature & Adventure

- Morning yoga, breathwork, and meditation
- Breakfast at the retreat
- Excursion to Manikia Waterfalls for hiking and river trekking
- Gentle afternoon yoga and relaxation practices
- Dinner at the retreat
- Evening meditation under the stars

Day 4: Rest, Reflect & Celebrate

- Sunrise meditation by the sea
- Morning yoga, breathwork, and meditation
- Brunch at the retreat
- Free time for relaxation, reflection, or exploring
- Gentle yoga and yoga nidra
- Closing circle and letter writing to your future self
- Farewell dinner and evening celebration

Day 5: Taking the Calm Home

- Final yoga, breathwork, and meditation practice
- Breakfast at the retreat
- Farewells and departure
